1. GENERAL CONDITION

This website exists solely for historical and scientific purposes. Our items are offered to collectors, researchers, and history enthusiasts, and all orders are accepted under these conditions. We do not promote or endorse any political ideology. An interest in these items is purely about their historical value.

2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These terms and conditions govern all sales agreements entered into between Panzerknacker44.com and the buyer, whether through the website. All buyers must be 18+ years old.

By placing an order on https://Panzerknacker44.com, the buyer accepts the latest version of these terms and conditions.

All product images, descriptions, and details (such as size, weight, or color) on the website are provided for general guidance only and do not constitute grounds for any claims or contract cancellation.

The content of this website is the intellectual property of Panzerknacker44.com and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

3. PLACING AN ORDER

To buy an item, customers should add it to the shopping cart, provide the required contact and billing details, choose delivery and payment methods, agree to the terms, and confirm the order.

Panzerknacker44.com cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery, loss of goods or parcel lost in transit. It's always at the customer’s own risk. Undoubtedly, we always do our best to pack the items properly to evoid damages and we always try to help our customers.

4. RIGHT TO CANCEL

If the customer is a private consumer, they are entitled to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Customers must notify Panzerknacker44.com in writing (either by email or mail) within this period and return the goods within 14 days of that notice. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns should be sent to the address that will be given in additional mail.

The original purchase price will be refunded (excluding initial shipping or additional insurance costs) within 14 days after receiving the returned goods. Any payment processing fees are non-refundable.

All returned items must be unused (if the item included original packaging, labels – it must be intacted). Risk and cost of return lie with the buyer. If the package is accepted by Panzerknacker44.com upon arrival, it does not imply acceptance of the return.

If goods are returned damaged, used, or not within the allowed timeframe, Panzerknacker44.com may refuse the return. Shipping delays do not extend the return period.

5. PRICING

All prices listed are in EUR. Prices do not include shipping, which is calculated at checkout.

If you wish to pay in a different currency, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

6. PAYMENT OPTIONS

Panzerknacker44.com offers payment methods:

Bank Transfer (IBAN)
Direct and fee-free. Orders will be processed once the funds clear. If payment isn’t received within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), the order may be canceled.
In-person Payment
Buyers can arrange to collect and pay for items during an military event (Ciney Military Fair, Praque Military Show, Normandy D-Day Celebrations Shows – about other shows feel free to ask by sending a message).
Other options
Contact Panzerknacker44.com immediately after ordering. If no contact is made within 1 day, the item becomes available again.

All trade deals are final.

7. PAYMENT PLANS & RESERVATIONS

If an item is too costly for a one-time payment, buyers can request a layaway plan. This must be arranged before placing the order. The item must cost at least 1000 euro. The item will be shipped once it has been fully paid.

Layaway is available for up to 60 days with a non-refundable deposit of 10%. If the payment period is exceeded, the item may be relisted and the deposit will be retained.

The same 10% non-refundable deposit applies to reservations. Only a completed order counts as a valid reservation.

To reserve an item, the buyer must first make a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the item’s price. The remaining balance must be paid within 10 days. If full payment is not received within this period, the deposit will be retained and the item will be made available for sale again on the website.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Panzerknacker44.com ships internationally, except to Russia. Worldwide shipping is provided by DPD or Polish Postal Service.

Orders are shipped within 72 hours after payment unless otherwise noted.

Shipping rates appear at checkout, based on country and dimensions of an object.

All shipments are sent at the customer’s risk. Panzerknacker44.com cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery, loss of goods or parcel lost in transit. It's always at the customer’s own risk. Our shipping rates include basic insurance as offered by the selected courier, but this coverage is limited and may not fully compensate for loss or damage. Undoubtedly, we always do our best to pack every item properly - to evoid damages - and we always try to help our customers.

Damage or defects must be reported within three business days of delivery. Using the product means the buyer accepts it.

For customers located in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, or South America: these regions may not be included in our automated shipping options. If your country isn't listed, please reach out to us for a personalized quote and available shipping methods.

9. OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

All products remain the property of Panzerknacker44.com until full payment has been made. If payment is not completed, the company may reclaim the goods at the buyer’s expense.

10. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Panzerknacker44.com guarantees that goods match the photos and descriptions provided, in line with typical expectations for militaria items. All visible damage to the items is clearly shown in the photographs; however, please note that colors may occasionally differ slightly from the actual item due to lighting or screen settings.
Given the potential for technical errors within our online platform, we may decline to fulfill an order if there is a mistake in the item description or price due to a system or electronic issue.
We are unable to offer refunds for items bought by mistake, whether due to misunderstandings in the description, translation issues, or purchases made on behalf of someone else.
We offer collector’s pieces intended solely for display and not for actual use. As such, we cannot guarantee that any apparel, footwear, or headgear will fit properly or be suitable for wearing.

11. LEGAL RESPONSABILITY

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify whether the items purchased can be legally imported into their country. If a product must be returned because importation is restricted, we can offer an alternative of equal value, minus any costs incurred for return shipping and import fees. Refunds cannot be issued if the customer was unaware of their country’s legal restrictions.

All contracts are governed exclusively by Polish law. If international law applies, these terms will still be interpreted based on Polish consumer protection rules.

12. PRIVACY & DATA HANDLING

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the collection and processing of personal data for order management, marketing, and service improvement.

Panzerknacker44.com respects your privacy and never shares personal information with third parties.

Panzerknacker44.com is not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond its control. This includes (but is not limited to): internet outages, strikes, supply issues, natural disasters, illness, or war. In such events, obligations are suspended. If the situation lasts more than two months, either party may cancel the agreement without penalties.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site—including photos, text, and designs—is owned by Panzerknacker44.com and protected by intellectual property laws.

No materials may be copied, altered, or reused without written permission. All images posted on this website are the property of Panzerknacker44.com You are not allowed to download or use these images even on social media platforms or forums.
